My background has traditionally been in sales and finance. Early on in my career, I began in sales for a corporate marketing company, where I was quickly promoted to sales manager ranked 3rd in personal sales in the US. At the same time, I trained two other salespeople who were in the top 10.

After leaving that firm, I went on to become a corporate analyst at an energy consulting company. I performed valuation work for investment companies who wanted to know how much certain oil and gas projects were worth. From this, I had the opportunity to travel to Asia, South America, Europe, and Africa and work with their local governments.

An opportunity came thereafter to become a partner in a local start up gym in Houston. My business partner and I developed a unique training and nutrition program that got us recognized as the top rated gym in Houston for many years and nationally recognized as best gym in 2017 by Men's Fitness.

Now that I am in real estate, what do I offer you? Real estate is very demanding, and I use all aspects of my professional background for my client's benefit.

  • Pricing Strategy Determine the most accurate valuation of a home. Markets are always changing and it requires specialized fine tuning to find the right number. Trend Analysis Identifying the current trends will give you an extra edge in understanding the right time to sell or place to buy. Marketing When selling a home, the most important thing is to get as many eyes as possible on your home, to find and attract the right buyer. We utilize strategies in both traditional and digital marketing to get results. Negotiation It is my job to represent your best interests. A big part of that is having strong negotiating skills. Coaching/Guidance In fitness, I learned that coaching is more important than being an instructor. To be a coach means that the coach can see things that others cannot see. Seeing and anticipating these nuances give clients an edge by avoiding pitfalls that can endanger a deal. A coach recognizes the current environment and gives agile guidance for optimal results.
  • There are many facets to real estate and I do not tackle them all by myself. I am blessed to be a business partner with my wife, who has been in real estate for years.
