Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. I have been married for 24 years to a wonderful man and both of us are heavily involved in community functions with the local chamber of commerce and economic development groups. I have three very active daughters; two that just graduated Texas A & M University and the third is married with our first grandbaby.
